How to Apply
Select Study Program
Get familiar with the semester program and summer courses and download our free program brochure.
Check with your university if they acknowledge your semester abroad in Bali.
Familiarize about the different aspects of living in Bali and read through current topics in our blog.

Application Process
Fill in our online application form
Please take your time and carefully fill in the registration form.
Pay 50 Euro Registration Fee
To secure your place you need to pay a registration fee of 50 €.
Confirmation
Upload Documents
To finalize your application you need to upload a few documents.
Confirmation Email
We will review your application form and uploaded documents. You will receive a confirmation email.
Approval
Upon receipt of your registration fee we will send you a letter of acceptance within 2 weeks.
Tuition Fee & Letter of Enrollment
Remaining Tuition Fee Invoice
You will receive an invoice of the remaining tuition fee for study programs.
Processing
We will forward the tuition fee to the university, where they will process your application and issue your enrollment letter.
Enrollment Letter
Once issued by our partner University we will forward the enrollment letter to you.
You can now book your flight
Visa Application & Travel Preparation
Apply for your visa
Upon receipt of the enrollment letter you can apply for your visa to Indonesia. This process may take up to 4 weeks.

Carefully read through your upskill travel handbook and start to get prepared for your take-off to Bali.
