VISA C9 - Comparative studies, short courses and short training
Purpose of the Visa : Participate in comparative study activities, short courses and short training.
Visa fees are self expense and is not included in the program tuition.
Rights
Carrying out activities related to providing humanitarian assistance;
Carrying out tourism-related activities, and visiting friends or family.
Prohibition
Residing in the Indonesian territory beyond the stay permit period
Engaging in the sale of goods or services
Receiving compensation, wages, or equivalent from individuals or corporations in Indonesia
Obligation
Obeying the laws and regulations
Respecting customs, culture, and local wisdom
Having sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia
Visa Application
Visa Types and Duration: Single Entry Visa 60 Days (2 Months), extendable
Visa Application Fees: 3,000,000 IDR
Visa processing time: within 10-14 working days (Note: weekends are not included in processing time, the visa application process may be affected or prolonged if the immigration system is disrupted.)
Visa Application Requirements:
Travel documents that are valid for at least 12 months (student's passport)
Recent colored passport photo size 4×6
Other documents : Letter of Acceptance (issue by university)
